The recognition, celebrated at a recent awards ceremony in Washington, D.C., reflects a remarkable transformation. Through Siemens' internal Shining Star initiative, the Painted Post team reversed declining performance and built a high-performing, growth-oriented operation. By focusing on leadership alignment, strategic investments, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, they achieved significant improvements in safety, operational throughput, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Lozier is honored to have played a supporting role in that journey. Our team has provided asbestos consulting services across multiple projects for the Painted Post facility, helping ensure that renovation and maintenance activities were conducted safely and in compliance with environmental regulations.
